By signing in to RoastMyTube (“the app”) you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app (the demo section needs no account and stays free to browse).
RoastMyTube reads your YouTube activity (with your permission) and generates humorous, AI-written roast reports for entertainment. Roasts are jokes — exaggerated, playful, and PG-13 by design — not statements of fact about you.
You sign in with Google. You can sign out anytime, delete your roast history, and disconnect YouTube access from the Profile page (Danger Zone). We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or violate these terms.
The app runs on free API quotas (YouTube: ~2,000 roasts/day shared across all users; AI: ~1,000/day). We throttle usage per user to keep the service alive for everyone. Limits may change without notice; hitting one just means “try again later”, never a charge — the app is free.
Roasts are generated by third-party AI models and can be wrong, repetitive, or occasionally refuse. We don't guarantee availability, accuracy, or a specific level of savagery. If a roast offends you — that was the joke, but the delete button is right there.
The app's code, design, and branding belong to the developer. Your data (account info, roast reports) remains yours — exporting and sharing your own roast cards is encouraged.
The app is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from use of the app — including hurt feelings (kidding… mostly).
Terms may change; the “Last updated” date above will reflect it. Continued use means acceptance.
